At CEP Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for peak performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your unworn items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is scanned so we can monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
